'Systema', or 'The System' is a method of learning which engages the body and mind to enhance a persons ability in all aspects of life.

What do I wear?

1. •Trainers / sand shoes, tracksuit bottoms or any comfortable trousers, t-shirt.
   

2. •Warriors Path Systema club T-Shirts are also available.
   

What do I bring?

2. •Yoga mat / beach towel - optional (we train on a wooden floor).
